Wear parts

Precision tools
When particularly high wear resistance is needed precision tools can be manufactured from solid carbide or with carbide inserts. The tools and objects can be ground and polished according to needs.

Forming tools
Cold stamping tools are used extensively in the manufacturing of nails, screws, rivets, etc. When producing large uniform batches solid- and inserted carbide are used to signiticantly increase the lifetime of such tools.

Preforms - ungrounded wear parts
Many carbide parts do not need to be ground prior to use. These objects are therefore delivered as sintered without further machining.
