Superalloys

Superalloys

Superalloys is metals-matrix constructed with unique properties regarding, wear, heat and corrosion.  Parts are produced by vacuum casting or by powder metallurgy.

These alloys are often used as alternative to Carbide as Stellite® (a registered trademark of Kennametal Inc.) type alloys, consisting of Cobalt, Cromium and Wolfram.

These alloys differs from Carbide as they can be machined with the use of conventional milling and turning tools. After machining these parts do not need hardening and a hardness of up to 800 HV can be achieved.

We can deliver these alloys as round rods, sheet/plates or as finish parts produced to drawings.

The pictures clearly illustrate possibilities and surface finish.
